MUSIC VIDEO - Music Video Story Board

Characters: 

• Hattie (Just came out as a lesbian)
• Eve (Has been 'out' for some time)
• Elliot (Homopohic man)
• Molly (Policewoman)
• Josie (Hattie's sister)
• They will both be portraying Lesbians and will show the struggles they face in the 21st century. 

Setting:

• The majority of the shots will be along the seafront between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth as it is a very aesthetically pleasing setting to have in the background of my video.
• Tynemouth priory castle ruins 
• Whitley Bay Metro station when Eve exits to walk along the seafront 

Storyline:

• Firstly, the music video will start focusing on a video of the sun rising and will end with a sun setting. The sunrise will represent the unease and unsettling theme of the girl's life (Hattie), but will sunset at the end will represent that she has found peace and her life can go back to normal, whatever that may be. 
• We are first introduced to Hattie leaving her house after an argument as she has just came out as a lesbian to her sister, as she leaves she runs and runs to the seafront where Eve is already there signing the chorus of rise up. 
• The camera circles around Hattie as she spins and is very upset about what has just happened, Eve comes running along, we can see her in the background running, as she is her lover and starts to comfort her. 
• As they start to hug each other and go into kiss it is interrupted by a homophobic man who starts to pull them apart as they fight in slow motion shots. 
• A policewoman comes along to arrest him and the camera cuts to Hattie's street who is there waiting with Eve outside her house with a black eye.
• As Hattie's sister comes out the house she see's them together and see's her black eye the two run to each other and hug, she then invites Eve to hug them too, showing she is alright with them. 
• As the song closes the camera turns away from them and focuses on the sunset to represent they are at peace.
